We are about 10 minutes out from your facility, bringing you a 55-year-old male, (number withheld), coming from Walmart distribution.

Patient has history of diabetes.

He experienced a dip in it this morning.

Whenever we arrived on scene, he was brought out by workers in a wheelchair.

And when we got his 1st glucose, it was 81.

And just a couple minutes ago we rechecked it, it's 103.

Patient is feeling a little bit better.

He is complaining of a headache, and he also has high blood pressure.

First vitals was 172 over 82.

Pulse of 94, 99% on room air.

At that time, respirations were 22.

SpO2 of 94, but is breathing more regulated at 18.
