Police alert for U-Haul after caller reports concern

All Westminster units, BOLO coming Route 9 East, just entered into Wilmington.

Caller says he was following behind a twenty-foot U-Haul with a white trailer and believes that it was sex trafficking because a light blue shoe came out of it and rolled onto the street and under his car.
