Two vehicles involved in crash on Highway 42 bridge

Emergency crews searched Highway 42 near the 581 bridge for a reported vehicle on the shoulder. Another department had already handled a crash in the same area. In that crash, a white truck hit the guardrail on the bridge and was towed away, and a white sport utility vehicle with front-end damage was able to drive from the scene. Responding units did not find any new incidents and were cleared from the call.
