Damaged SUV and vehicle on shoulder of I-93, Windham NH

00:00

I'm up to the Windham Weigh Station (scales), north and south.

00:02

I'm with 10-79.

00:03

I can slide up to that.

00:05

I'm at a 15.

00:11

There's still a vehicle on the right-hand left side of the highway.

00:17

And note

00:23

that there was a 3rd involved vehicle, a dark colored SUV with front end damage.
