Welfare check and breathing issue at Central Street home, Windsor VT

00:00

A lot again at (number withheld) Central Street.

00:02

She had reported her boyfriend (name withheld) missing.

00:06

I did call Mt. Ascutney, confirmed he is there.

00:09

Haven't been able to reach him.

00:11

I reached her though, her line's ringing busy.

00:13

I've tried probably 20 times.

00:16

She also. She's having trouble breathing, but declined EMS.

00:24

10-4, you can run that through me.

00:26

If she's having trouble breathing, that'll be a medical.
