Passenger in wheelchair refuses to leave train at Winthrop Harbor

Hey, I got a call from Kenosha from a conductor saying that they have a disabled passenger in a wheelchair that's refusing to get off the train at Winthrop Harbor because he was told the elevators were out of service in Kenosha.
