Disoriented woman walking confused on Buckeye Circle

It's going to be Buckeye Circle at Redwood Drive.

About 15 ago, RP saw a disoriented female that she was headed up the hill, was talking to herself, confused on the location, advised she was trying to get to Fairfax.

WFA 65, wearing wrapped in a striped or plaid multicolored blanket, flip flops.

Important, just to fly the owner's studies.

That was just like white, not listening to anybody.
