A blue moped with 2 people was headed toward BP in Woodleaf on Woodleaf Rd on 8-19-26 between 1:00-1:15pm. The picture is unclear put this is a man and woman in my yard on a blue moped on 8-15-26

Was this moped designed like a regular style moped or did it kinda have like a dirt bike/ sports bike body style ?

It is a moped. I need see a blue dirt bike in this area yesterday, but as far as I know that’s not it.
