Officer stops truck linked to hit and run

I don't understand why people choose to run after hitting someone it only makes the situation even worse it is such thing as failure to render aid to a injured individual hell just stop and see nothing you are running from can be as bad as someone loosing their lives because you didn't stop and check on whomever you hit cause eventually you will reap what you have sown but this time it will be a horrible situation. you have gotten yourself in prayer going up for the victim of this hit and the person who left them alone after hitting them may the lord heal them if they are possible alive asking my prayers warriors to keep this person in your prayers
