She advised she's calling 911 for her friend who was at (number withheld) North 13th Street.

Her friend texted her, told her to call the cops.

She thinks that they had an agreement in the past that they didn't feel safe to text each other to call 911.

Her boyfriend does have a history of drinking, is verbally abusive.

And has threatened to kill her in the past.
