Dog left in hot car at Worthington fuel station

Caller's (name withheld) said, "There's a white Mercedes parked at the end of the lot by the fuel station with the windows down and a large dog barking."

Caller was concerned that even though the windows were down slightly, that today is too hot for the dog to be left in the car.
