Minor crash with guardrail and road sign damage

I'll be giving a 1059 to family member to this subject to the Caswell County Sheriff's Office.

Just for 1014, will you notify NCDOT that they got some guardrail damage out here? It's a guardrail support cable and a road sign on NC 86 just south of County Park Road.
