Overheated car reported as possible vehicle fire

Emergency crews were sent to the intersection of Elm Street and Cliff Street in Yonkers for a reported car fire. Callers said flames were coming from under the hood and the owner was trying to put them out with snow. When units arrived, they found a car stopped in the middle of the street that was not on fire. It appeared the vehicle had overheated and was leaking radiator fluid. The crew worked on the radiator leak, and the vehicle was eventually moved out of the street. No active fire was found.
