Man arrested after walking with rifle at apartment

Police responded to an apartment building near Wheeler Road after a complaint that a man had been seen outside his apartment carrying what looked like a rifle or shotgun. When officers arrived, the man stayed inside his sixth-floor apartment and initially refused to come out. He later exited the apartment, denied doing anything wrong, and was arrested on a menacing charge. There is video showing him walking around the property with what appears to be a shotgun.
