Police receive a report of a man with a gun near School Street and Kostner Avenue. An anonymous caller says the man walked across the street and fired two shots. The caller describes him as having short hair and wearing a sweater. Multiple units are sent toward the area, and later a radio slowdown is issued for the shots fired call, indicating the situation is less urgent. During the same radio traffic, officers are also dispatched to a trespassing complaint at Gompers Park and a separate alley disturbance involving a driver blocking the alley and acting aggressively, as well as parking complaints at other locations.
