High speed sedan crash with minor driver injuries

A young man driving a small four-door sedan at about 65 miles per hour hit another vehicle, causing significant front end damage and airbag deployment. He was wearing a seat belt, was able to get out of the car on his own, and reports right leg pain, dizziness, and nausea but no head, neck, or back pain. He does not clearly remember the crash. His vital signs are stable, he can move all limbs, and there are no clear signs of major trauma aside from some pain on the right side without visible deformity.
