Man with dizziness and blurred vision after alcohol and energy drink

Hey, I'm bringing you a 49-year-old male patient history of hypertension, diabetes, potential ETOH regular use.Patient says that he felt a sudden onset of dizziness like with blurred vision.He's a bit hypertensive.Last year was 182 over 114.He has had a pint of vodka today.He thinks this is kind of normal for him, so he's convinced it's not the vodka.He said this started off when he had an energy drink.Last pulse, seventy-eighth.Patient's above ninety-four percent on room air.GCS 15 , and he's not got any complaints of pain or anything like that.No trouble breathing.He does also have a history of CHF.But again, no trouble breathing, no chest pain or anything like that.I've got an IV established for questions you have.
