64-year-old man falls, hits head while moving between chairs

Sixty-four-year-old male, about an hour and a half ago at this point, fell while trying to transfer from one chair to another.So he hit his head on furniture and the floor.No locks or scratches.Pupils are equal and reactive.But he is on blood thinners.We are going to take him to Methodist because he has seen them once or twice for a few things.Other than that, his vitals are looking good.At 119 over seventy-eight, eighty-four on the heart rate, ninety-six percent on room air.JCS at 15 .If you don't require any other information, we'll be going to Methodist.Nothing further.And if he could pass along to the patient, we'll make note that he was diverted to Methodist and to tell him to contact the VA benefits to let them know that he was seen at a different hospital due to our inability to care for him.It is clear.
