64-year-old woman dizzy and weak at home, EMS en route

Hey St. V's, this is Medic 19.We're currently en route with a 64-year-old female.She's running times four.Patient was cleaning around her house.Stated that she stood up, got dizzy, a little lightheaded and weak.She called us 1st as soon as we got there.They had.Vital signs as follows.Blood pressure 100 and sixty-two over eighty-six, heart rate 90 .Regular sinus rhythm, SV two ninety-eight percent.In room, Aaron of blood sugar 100 and forty-eight.They did have negative orthostatic vital signs.However, patient still felt dizzy.They called us, so we are currently en route.We do have IV access.If you don't have anything further for your facility in about 0510 , nothing further.
